Barrel #1 is a Medium Char American Oak ex Bourbon barrel. Finished with toasted French oak to bring out a little bit of deeper sweetness from our Molasses Spirit we are extremely proud to have this as our first releases.
After decanting Barrel AB01 it is a whopping 62.5% ABV and is definitely not for the faint of heart.
